• Metro Manila: usually 1-2 days
• Outside Metro Manila: up to a week
• We try our best to ship out your cards the next business day

Your cards are protected

• We place single cards in penny sleeves
• Single cards are placed inside toploaders (for cheaper cards, we place 2 cards inside a single toploader)
• Cards may be sandwiched between cardboard if needed
• Bubble wrapped for extra safety

• Missing item - if an item from your order is missing

• Provide your order number, and video or photo proof of the issue
• We'll review your request, afterwards we can offer a replacement (if available), a full or partial refund.
